Maurice Morgan

Maurice Morgan is the EVP of Talent Delivery & Partner at Humans Doing. Maurice has over 25 years of experience in the talent acquisition industry.

Maurice Morgan began their career in talent acquisition at Birch Communications in June 2014 as the Director of Corporate Talent Acquisition. In this role, they were responsible for the Corporate Talent Acquisition Team (Atlanta) and Sales Talent Acquisition Team (Nationwide). Maurice managed a full team of Recruiters, Managers, and Sr. Managers both locally and nationally. Maurice was also the Recruiting SME for Workday system implementation and replacement of the current ATS. Maurice had budget responsibility for allocation of resources based on hire metrics (source per hire, cost per hire, time to fill, etc). These metrics indicated the success of each recruiting tool and allowed for informed decision making based on the data. Maurice provided detailed recruiting metrics to Executive Leadership on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.

In March 2019, Maurice left Birch Communications to join Humans Doing as the EVP of Talent Delivery & Partner. In this role, Maurice is responsible for overall strategy and direction with regard to all talent acquisition subject matter, and embraces responsibility for success or failure of talent acquisition company-wide.

Maurice Morgan has a Masters in Psychology from the University of West Georgia and a Bachelors from the same school. Maurice is also certified in Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from the Six Sigma Global Institute.
