Brian Kidani

Brian Kidani is an experienced customer care and service professional with a diverse background in management and support roles. Currently serving as a Customer Care Representative at Humanscale since December 2022, Brian previously held the position of Customer Service Team Lead at simplehuman from July 2020 to July 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Support Team Lead at Custom Business Solutions from February 2018 to May 2020 and as Restaurant Manager at Shinobu Shabu from November 2013 to February 2018. Brian holds a degree in Culinary, Restaurant, and Catering Management from Orange Coast College, completed between 2009 and 2012, and an Associate of Arts degree from the same institution, earned from 2006 to 2009. The educational journey began with a High School Diploma obtained from Pacifica High School in 2006.
