Roman Karpenko

Roman Karpenko is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in driving growth and strategic partnerships across various markets. Currently serving as Sales Director for Central and Eastern Europe at Humanscale since September 2025, Roman previously held the role of Regional Sales Manager for EMEA Growth Markets at Steelcase, where a high-performing team was led to foster innovation and collaboration. Prior experience includes a tenure at Ravak as Export Manager, contributing significantly to international sales, and an earlier role as Account Manager at DooxSwitch, specializing in web-based software and digital services. Roman is a graduate of Prague University of Economics and Business.
