Stephen Ward has a diverse work experience in operations and supply chain management. Stephen started their career at Jabil Global Services as a Cisco Program Supervisor from June 1998 to June 2006. In 2007, they joined Humanscale and held various roles, including Operations Coordinator, Supply Chain Manager - International, and Plant Manager - Humanscale International. From 2019 to 2022, Stephen served as Acting Head of Operations USA, Director of Manufacturing Operations and Supply Chain - Americas, and Interim Global Vice President Operations. Currently, they are the Vice President of Global Operations at Humanscale.

Stephen Ward's education history includes multiple qualifications and certifications. In 2021, they attended Stanford University Graduate School of Business and participated in a program focused on driving innovation and operational excellence, although they did not obtain a degree. In 2014, they received a Diploma in Financial Trading from the Irish Institute of Financial Trading.
