Pedro Menocal

General Counsel at Humantelligence

Pedro is the general counsel for Humantelligence. For almost 20 years he has provided legal, business and strategic advice to clients, big and small, from all over the world. Most of this advice involves domestic and international business transactions, private-equity investing, startups/early stage companies, media, technology, and entertainment. Pedro helps to create, develop and nurture the sound legal structures and strategic relationships that his clients need to ensure the growth and success of their business ideas.

Pedro is a member of the Community Advisory Board of the Cuban Research Institute in Miami, Florida and a board member and legal advisor to the Rhythm Foundation (rhythmfoundation.com), one of the foremost presenters of world music in the United States.

Pedro earned a bachelor’s degree in International Relations and English Literature from Florida International University and a law degree at the University of Miami School of Law.
