Mirjam Wildekamp is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compensation and benefits, program management, and HR consultancy. Currently serving as the Manager Compensation & Benefits at HumanTotalCare since March 2023, Mirjam has previously held significant positions, including Program Manager at TBB bouw and Technisch Bureau Bouwnijverheid, and HR Manager at DHL Express Nederland. With a strong background in labor law as an interim consultant and attorney, Mirjam has provided legal advice and support during organizational changes and negotiations. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree from Radboud University, alongside various specialized training programs, with ongoing studies at Public Academy in Public Management.
