Teruka S. possesses extensive experience in technical support and electrical work, currently serving as a Tier 2 Helpdesk Technician at HumanTouch, LLC since November 2019, and has held progressively responsible positions including Tier 1.5 Helpdesk Specialist and Tier 1 Help Desk Analyst.
