BJ Anderson, SHRM-SCP, SPHR has over 30 years of work experience in HR operations and consulting. BJ started their career as VP of Operations at Efficient Medical Transport/American Medical Response in 1991 and held the position until 1998. In 1999, they joined PayChoice as a Director of Human Resources and remained in that role until 2015 when the company was acquired by Sage Software. Since 2015, BJ has been working at Humareso, initially as a Senior HR Consultant and currently as the Director of HR Operations. BJ'sexpertise and experience make him a valuable asset in the field of human resources.

BJ Anderson, SHRM-SCP, SPHR completed Accounting & Business Coursework at Rowan College at Burlington County from 1995 to 1999, with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General. In 2009, Anderson obtained the SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. Anderson also obtained the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM in 2015.
