Isabela Quinton PCC ACE is the Founder Director of Imdeq, a role held since July 2008, specializing in enhancing organizational productivity through alignment of leadership and company structure with business strategy. As an Operating Partner at Humatica AG since 2008, Isabela has extensive international experience in organization development, focusing on restructuring, executive coaching, and cultural change. Previously, as a Senior Executive Coach at Ei World from January 2017 to July 2021, Isabela emphasized the importance of emotional intelligence in business and digital transformation. Isabela's prior experiences include serving as Corporate Director of Human Resources & Development at Gurit Holding AG, where contributions included integration of multiple companies, re-branding, and establishing HR teams globally, and Head of Human Resources at SP Systems, leading change management and strategic business planning. Isabela holds a BSc in Psychology from Universidad de Los Andes and a degree in Coaching and Business from ITS in London.
