Samantha Shore

Samantha Shore is an experienced Occupational Therapist currently employed at Humber River Hospital since December 2020. Prior roles include Occupational Therapist at GLA Rehab and an Occupational Therapy Student at Lifemark Health Group, The Safehaven Project for Community Living, and Baycrest Health Sciences. Samantha's background includes conducting comprehensive assessments, educating clients on various therapeutic topics, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient care and discharge planning. Samantha holds a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Health Sciences from Western University.
