Currently serving as an Executive Advisor at Humble Group since February 2025, Ashley previously held various key roles at Solent Group from August 2004 to February 2025, including CEO, Group Managing Director, Managing Director, and Group Commercial Director for both UK and Global Markets. Early career positions included roles as Commercial Director for the UK, Commercial Manager in the Grocery sector, Senior National Account Manager for Tesco, and National Account Manager for both New Business and M&S, culminating in a foundational role as Product Manager and Product & Office Assistant.
