Chris Cummings

Chris Cummings is a recognized IT leader with extensive executive-level experience in managing technology for large educational institutions. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Humble ISD, Chris oversees the technology needs for over 65,000 customers across 50 facilities, leading a team of over 100 IT professionals. Previous roles include Director of Information Technology at Klein ISD, where Chris implemented successful mentorship programs and improved departmental communication. Additionally, Chris has held positions such as Technology Director at Pineywoods Community Academy, Systems Engineer at Scitor Corporation, and Electronic Warfare Technician in the US Navy, showcasing a breadth of technical expertise and leadership in diverse environments.
