Bridget Pedersen

Bridget Pedersen has extensive experience in human resources, starting with their role as Director of Human Resources at Phonic Ear/Front Row from 1997 to 2006. Bridget then moved on to become the Director of Human Resources at IDEXX Health & Science (Rheodyne) from 2006 to 2014. Following that, they worked as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Enphase Energy from 2014 to 2017. Currently, Bridget serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Mendocino Forest Products Company, LLC.

Bridget Pedersen completed their Bachelor of Art degree in Speech Communications and Human Resources at California State University, Chico, from 1990 to 1995. Bridget then pursued a Masters degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development at the University of San Francisco, which they obtained from 1997 to 1999.
