Dean Kerstetter

Dean Kerstetter has extensive work experience in operations and manufacturing roles. Dean began their career at Raytheon Company as a Manufacturing Engineer in 1988. Dean then moved on to Roadway Global Air, where they served as the Regional Operations Engineering Manager from 1993 to 1994. Following that, they worked at Hayden Inc. as the Director of Manufacturing from 1994 to 1996. Dean then joined Thermal Dynamics Corporation as an Operations Manager from 1996 to 1998. From 1998 to 1999, they were the Vice President of Operations at Environmental Filter Corporation. Dean then held the role of Director of West Coast Operations at Filtration Group, Inc. from 1998 to 2008. After that, they served as the Vice President of Operations at Thermal Technology LLC from 2008 to 2010. Currently, they are the Executive Vice President of Operations at Mendocino Forest Products since 2010.

Dean Kerstetter attended Purdue University from 1983 to 1987, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology. In 2007, they also briefly studied at the American Society for Quality, although no specific degree or field of study information is provided.
