Faye Gilroy

Faye Gilroy is currently an Associate at Penta Europe and Asia since September 2023. Prior to this role, Faye worked as a Trade Executive & Culinary Lead at Future Farm | Fazenda Futuro and as a Student Intern at Ballymaloe Cookery School. Faye also has experience as a Human Resources Assistant at College Group and a Waitress at Galley Vancouver. Faye holds a Master's degree in Food Business Strategy from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, as well as Bachelor's degrees in Social Science International from University College Dublin and KU Leuven.
