Najwa Abdallah

Najwa Abdallah is an experienced executive and consultant with a strong background in finance and management within the nonprofit sector. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Amna, Najwa also holds positions as a Board Member and Vice Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee at the International Rescue Committee UK and as an Associate Consultant at Humentum. Previous roles include Director of Corporate Services at Money Advice Trust and Head of Finance at Leonard Cheshire, among others. Najwa's extensive experience in financial management is complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Management/Marketing from Lebanese University.
