Austin Kevin Joseph is a seasoned operations analyst with extensive experience in management and project coordination. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Analyst at Humi since June 2025, Austin has previously held similar roles at Ritual.co from May 2022 to June 2025, progressing from a Senior Merchant Operations Specialist to a Merchant Operations Specialist.
