Abigail T.

Abigail T. has a diverse work experience starting from 2014. Abigail began their career as a Teacher at Christ Church C of E Primary School, where they were responsible for a Year 4 class and organizing school trips and visitors. Abigail then worked as a Supply Teacher at ITN Mark Education for a brief period. Abigail joined The Oaklands Primary School as a KS2 primary teacher, teaching Year 6 and Year 4 students. During their time there, they organized school trips/visitors and began developing Music across the school.

In 2017, Abigail took on multiple roles at Explore Learning, first as a Tutor and Promotions Assistant, and later as an Assistant Director. Their responsibilities included teaching the National Curriculum to 4-14 year olds and assisting with staff training.

Abigail then worked at Spark44, initially as a Receptionist handling traditional receptionist duties and later as an Associate Project Manager. In this role, they played a key role in managing projects and coordinating between clients and the company. Abigail took on additional responsibilities such as managing fire safety and First Aid logs, facilitating office inductions, and organizing staff events.

Abigail later joined Teachers First as an Educational Consultant, where they stayed until 2022. Their role involved providing consulting services in the education field.

In 2022, Abigail joined Now Education as a Consultant for a brief period. Currently, they hold the position of Talent Success Manager at Humly.

Abigail T. obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Primary Education from Newman University Birmingham. Abigail attended the university from 2011 to 2014, focusing on their field of study.
