Brian Chambers is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in service desk and technical leadership roles. Currently serving as Service Desk Lead at humm group since August 2025, Brian previously held the position of Technical Lead at Aruma from May 2018 to April 2025, where responsibilities included implementing IT Change Management practices and ITIL v3.0 standards. Prior to that, Brian was with Stockland from July 2004 to July 2017, serving in multiple roles, including Manager - Technical Assistance Centre, where oversight of the national IT Service Desk was a key responsibility, and Regional Desktop Support Lead for QLD. Brian holds a Certificate in Information Technology from Charles Darwin University and a High School Certificate from Darwin High School.
