Jacqui Inggs

Jacqui Inggs has a diverse work experience in the field of testing and quality assurance. Jacqui started their career as a Test Team Lead at SKANDIA LIFE ASSURANCE COMPANY LIMITED, where they led and mentored a team of test analysts. Jacqui then worked as a Test Analyst at Vero, where they planned and tested changes to insurance documentation. At ASB Bank, they served as a Senior Test Analyst.

In their role as Senior Test Analyst at Pumpkin Patch, Jacqui played a crucial role in championing the transition from a waterfall approach to an Agile methodology. Jacqui tested and delivered various systems, including retail systems, warehouse systems, and imaging systems. Jacqui then took on the position of Software QA Team Lead at Pumpkin Patch, further expanding their leadership skills.

At Fisher and Paykel Finance, Jacqui held the roles of Senior Test Analyst and Test Manager. As a Senior Test Analyst, they worked on agile and waterfall projects, developing test artifacts and delivering a co-branded finance card. As a Test Manager, they managed testing for the implementation of scheme cards and coordinated a team of testers.

Afterwards, Jacqui joined FlexiGroup New Zealand as a Test Manager, responsible for managing the testing process. Jacqui'smost recent role was at humm group, where they served as the Head of Product Platforms. In this position, they planned, administered, and supported product systems and platforms across various areas, including cards, BNPL, and credit risk and fraud. Jacqui was also responsible for change management, business process improvements, and system release management.

Jacqui Inggs holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mathematics and Mathematical Statistics from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications in ITIL® Foundation 4 First Look and Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn in April 2021.
