Chief Technology Officer, Co-Founder at Humm

Tim Fiori has had a varied work experience. In 2020, they worked as a Resident Medical Officer (Basic Surgical Program) at Royal Perth Hospital. From 2017 to 2020, they were the Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder of humm, harnessing cutting edge neuroscience into products. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Resident Medical Officer and Medical Intern at Fiona Stanley Hospital. In 2015, they were the President of the University of Western Australia Surgical Society, managing teams, funding and sponsor relationships, events coordination, and student advocacy. In the same year, they were an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Australian Research Council Centre for Excellence in Plant Energy Biology and completed a Medical Student Elective at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. In 2013, they were an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Western Australian Neuroscience Research Institute.

Tim Fiori graduated from The University of Western Australia in 2015 with a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS). In the same year, they attended the International Synthetic and Systems Biology Summer School, studying Synthetic Biology. In 2018, they were accepted into the University of California, Berkeley's SkyDeck Accelerator program.
