Jay Bland, CIC, is an accomplished insurance professional with extensive experience in managing and growing commercial accounts. Currently serving as a Business Account Executive at Hummel Group since December 2019, Jay leads efforts at a new agency location. Prior to this role, Jay spent ten years at Leavitt Group Midwest- Smith, Molino & Sichko as a Senior Account Manager, specializing in high net-worth clientele and brokering complex insurance risks while achieving consistent growth. Jay's career began as an independent Agent at Farmers Insurance in 2009. Jay holds a degree in Marketing from the University of Dayton and has completed additional education at Morton School of Learning.
