Ulla Vitting Richards is an accomplished professional in the fashion industry with extensive experience in buying, sourcing, and corporate social responsibility. Currently serving as Director of Buying & CSR and Head of Group Buying, Sourcing and CSR at hummel since August 2021, Ulla previously founded and led VILDNIS, a womenswear brand focused on sustainable fashion from October 2016 to July 2023. A freelance fashion consultant from September 2015 to August 2021, Ulla specialized in strategy, product development, and supply chain management. Ulla's prior roles include Head of Product at Sweaty Betty, Buyer for Womens Sportswear, and Key Account Manager at Ronly. Ulla holds a Flexible Executive MBA from Henley Business School and a BA in Purchasing Management from TEKO-CENTER DANMARK, along with additional education in textiles and mathematics.
