Mei Kee Tam

Mei Kee Tam is a highly experienced professional in the genomics and biotechnology fields, currently serving as a Senior Research Associate in Genomics-NGS at Hummingbird Bioscience since December 2021. Prior to this role, Mei Kee held project management positions at Axil Scientific Pte Ltd and NovogeneAIT Genomics Singapore, where responsibilities included overseeing all aspects of NGS projects and ensuring successful project delivery. Earlier experience includes providing technical support at 1st BASE Laboratories Sdn. Bhd., with progressive roles from Technical Support Officer to Production Manager, emphasizing team leadership and operational management. Mei Kee holds a Master's degree in Bioinformatics from the University of Malaya and a Bachelor's degree (Hons) in Biotechnology from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR).
