Stacy Kraker

Stacy Kraker has a diverse work experience in the organic food industry. Stacy started their career at Organically Grown Company in 2002, where they served as the Marketing Manager before becoming the Director of Communications and Marketing in 2016. Stacy was responsible for promoting the company's organic produce and managing communications with customers.

In 2008, Stacy joined Organicology, a prestigious organic trade conference, as an Executive and Steering Committee Member and the Marketing Chair. Stacy played a crucial role in organizing the conference and facilitating networking opportunities within the organic trade and movement community. Stacy remained involved with Organicology until 2018.

Stacy's passion for organic food led their to become actively involved with the Oregon Organic Coalition in 2011. Stacy served as the Board President and Marketing Committee Chair for a decade, contributing to the growth and promotion of the organic food industry in Oregon. Stacy'sterm in the coalition ended in October 2021.

Continuing their dedication to the organic food industry, Stacy joined Hummingbird Wholesale in 2018 as the Director of Marketing and Sales. Stacy played a crucial role in the family-owned bulk and grocery foods manufacturer and distributor. Stacy collaborated with family farms to source organic food and curate unique products, focusing on Pacific Northwest-grown items. Stacy worked with various food businesses, including co-ops, retail chains, restaurants, and food service providers.

Throughout their professional journey, Stacy remained committed to the organic food industry and actively participated in the PROVENDER ALLIANCE as a Board Member from 2012 to 2016. Stacy'svast experience and leadership skills have made their a valuable asset in promoting organic food and supporting sustainable agriculture.

Stacy Kraker received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in American Studies, with a focus on Social Responsibility and Human Relations, from St. Cloud State University. Stacy attended the university from 1994 to 1997. In addition to their formal education, Stacy obtained a certification as a Leading at the Speed of Trust facilitator from FranklinCovey in April 2015.
