Faouzi Jedidi

Faouzi Jedidi is currently the Engineering Lead at Hummingbot. Prior to that, they were a Full-Stack Blockchain Engineer at Semblar from April 2021 to March 2022. There, they spearheaded the development of a full-featured NFT Marketplace with 3D model viewer and fractionalization. The marketplace was built on Ethereum and supported layer 2 solutions using Arbitrum and Immutable X. Faouzi also implemented WebGL and WebXR viewers to provide 3D, AR, and VR experiences. From April 2020 to April 2021, they were the Lead Algorithmic Trader at One Resist Capital.

Before that, they were a Data Analysis Intern at IBM from September 2016 to December 2016. There, they analyzed financial data of the biggest beverages companies in Tunisia, Morocco, Belgium, and Cameroon with a goal of identifying their main business concerns especially in inventory and supply chain management. Faouzi also provided quality assurance of imported data, working with quality assurance analysts. Faouzi drew up a report with data insights and visualization. Faouzi recommended IBM Solution to the potential local clients along with the calculated financial benefits.

Faouzi Jedidi's educational career includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Glasgow Caledonian University, as well as a Leadership Foundation Core from The African Leadership University. Faouzi is also certified in Artificial Intelligence V2, Machine Learning V2, Python, and IBM Blockchain Essentials from IBM.
