Marc Pascual

Marc Pascual is an experienced materials engineer currently working at Hummink since September 2021. Prior to this role, Marc held a postdoctoral researcher position at École normale supérieure, focusing on the study of ionic liquid transport in nanopores. Marc completed a PhD at Université PSL, where research concentrated on converting industrial and geothermal waste heat into electricity, optimizing nanoporous membrane properties for increased energy efficiency. Teaching experience includes serving as an instructor for fluid mechanics at Université Paris-Sorbonne. Marc's research background also includes work on foam drainage at the Institut Pierre-Gilles de Gennes and studies of bio-sourced flocculating proteins at Uppsala University. Early roles with Blue Solutions involved developing lithium-sulfur batteries, and Marc started the academic journey in preparatory classes at Lycée Hoche and Lycée Jean-Baptiste Say, culminating in an engineering degree from ESPCI Paris - PSL.
