Amy Mitchell is a certified Rural Development/Tax Credit Community Manager with extensive experience in managing apartment complexes and providing high-quality customer service across various environments. Currently employed at Humphrey Management since November 2024, Amy previously held the same title at TM Associates from June 2021 to November 2024, overseeing daily operations, tenant relations, maintenance, project management, and leasing. As the Owner and Operations Manager of Secure Home Inspections, LLC. from January 2012 to May 2022, Amy successfully developed and sold a profitable business focused on home inspections and FHA HUD consulting.
