Executive Assistant VP Of Construction Administration at Humphreys & Partners Architects

Xenia Hidalgo-Panameno has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Xenia began their career as a Project Architect & Research Coordinator at the Cooperative Housing Foundation-CHF-EL SALVADOR, where they coordinated research projects and developed housing programs. Xenia then moved on to the Viceministry of Housing and Urban Development, where they worked as a Housing Sector Specialist, conducting statistical analysis and participating in the development of housing policies. Xenia continued their career at the Millennium Challenge Account MCA-El Salvador, serving as the Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator, where they formulated performance indicators and trained M&E teams. Xenia later joined the Technical Secretariat of the Presidency in El Salvador, working as a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist, where they developed indicators and analyzed data for the Second Compact in the Coastal Zone of El Salvador. Currently, they are working at Humphreys & Partners Architects as an Executive Assistant VP of Construction Administration and as a Construction Administration Administrator, where they support the VP of Construction Administration and monitors and reports on construction performance for various projects.

Xenia Hidalgo-Panameno has a strong educational background in architecture and urban planning. Xenia obtained a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) degree from Universidad Albert Einstein, where they studied from 1984 to 1990. During this time, they also completed an International English as a Second Language Course at the University of California, Davis in 1992.

In 1992, Xenia pursued further education and earned a Master's degree in Community Planning - Urban Design from the University of Cincinnati. Additionally, they obtained a certification as an Architect from the Vice Ministry of Housing and Urban Development in El Salvador in May 1990.

To expand their knowledge in urban development and infrastructure planning, Xenia attended the 83rd Regular Session on Urban Development and Infrastructure Planning at the International Center for Land Policies Studies and Training in 2000.

Continuing their commitment to learning and professional development, Xenia has also obtained several certifications from edX. These include the "edX Honor Code Certificate for Desarrollo Urbano y Vivienda" in July 2015 and the "edX Honor Code Certificate for The Challenges of Global Poverty" in May 2013. There is an additional certification for "edX Honor Code Certificate for Evaluación de Impacto de Programas Sociales," but specific details regarding the month and year of acquisition are not available.
