Jina Osumi has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Jina began their career as an Associate at A.T. Kearney, where they worked for four years. Jina then joined Avon as a Marketing Intern, where they provided creative direction for product launches and evaluated historical campaigns. Jina went on to work at Campbell Soup Company, starting as an Associate Brand Manager for Swanson Broth and later taking on roles as an Associate Brand Manager for V8 and as a Brand Manager for Simple Meals Beyond Soup. At Campbell, they led various marketing initiatives and achieved significant growth for the brands they managed. Jina then joined PepsiCo, where they held positions as a Senior Manager for Sparkling Innovation and as a Global Senior Brand Manager for Pepsi. In these roles, they played a key role in developing global strategies, launching campaigns, and driving innovation for several beverage brands. Jina later joined Del Monte Foods, Inc. as a Senior Brand Manager for Consumer Products Brand Strategy & TM Development. There, they relaunched the Del Monte brand and developed a new positioning for Contadina. Jina also held the position of Director of Brand Strategy & Marketing Activation, where they led marketing planning and activation for the Del Monte portfolio. Currently, Jina works as the CEO of Humphry Slocombe, a position they have held since 2015.
Jina Osumi has an educational background that includes an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, which they completed from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they attended Wellesley College from 1995 to 1999 and earned a BA in International Relations and Japanese. In addition, they completed a 6-month program called "La Technique" at the International Culinary Center in 2003.
