Shantanu Bhattacharyya

Shantanu Bhattacharyya is a highly experienced professional in the fields of data science and biotechnology, currently serving as Founder & CTO at Hunar.AI since January 2022. Prior to this, Shantanu held the position of Chief Data Scientist and Data Scientist at Locus.sh from July 2016 to January 2022. Shantanu's early career includes a role as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at The Scripps Research Institute, where the focus was on computational antibody design, epitope scaffolding, rational vaccine design, and Yeast display. Educationally, Shantanu completed a Ph.D. at Carnegie Mellon University, specializing in NMR and MD Simulation, and obtained a Master of Science from the University of Mysore. An undergraduate degree in Bachelor of Science was earned at the University of Delhi.
