Rajiv Agarwal

Rajiv Agarwal is a Senior Partner with Rare Enterprises, the asset management firm owned by Rakesh Jhunjhunwala. His role includes looking for new investment opportunities and growing Rare Enterprises’ strategic investments in diverse sectors such as education, biotechnology, digital entertainment, healthcare delivery, hospitality and oil drilling. He has played an active role in mapping the future direction of Hungama by providing strategic inputs and developing strategic alliances for the company. He is also on the Board of several companies such as Care Hospitals, Aptech Ltd., Concord Biotech Ltd. and John Energy Ltd. He is also an observer on the Boards of KLT Auto, Tops Security and Nandan Biomatrix. Rajiv graduated in Chemical Engineering from the Institute of Technology, Benaras Hindu University in 1993.
