Shruti Samir Naik

Shruti Samir Naik has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Shruti began their career as a Trainee at Bhatia Hospital in 2014 and later worked as a Trainee at Global Hospital in 2015. During their time at these hospitals, they gained knowledge in medical equipment calibration and testing, as well as hands-on experience in various medical procedures.

In 2016, Shruti interned at BYJU'S (Think & Learn Pvt. Ltd.), where they focused on cold calling and sales closure. Shruti continued their journey at BYJU'S in 2017 as a Business Development Associate, where they counseled students and generated leads for subscription. In 2018, they took on the role of Senior Business Development Associate, where they developed strategies for sales development and worked on lead generation campaigns.

Shruti's career then transitioned to the food and hospitality industry in 2018 when they joined Zomato as a Key Account Manager for Dining Out. In this role, they handled dining out for hotels, cafes, and chains, and played a crucial role in ad placement, business growth, and expansion ideas. Shruti later became a Growth Manager for Online Ordering, focusing on sales enablement, client servicing, and key account management. Shruti also managed ad placements through restaurant consulting and worked on the growth and expansion of online ordering and cloud kitchens.

Currently, Shruti is working at HungerBox as the Vice President KAM - Operations. Shruti'sresponsibilities include client management for HCL PAN India, Qualcomm, and RNTBCI, as well as overseeing end-to-end cafeteria operations and managing escalations and root cause analysis.

Throughout their work experience, Shruti has developed strong skills in client management, operations, sales, business development, and team coordination.

Shruti Samir Naik completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Biomedical Engineering from SRM University between 2013 and 2017.
