Shira Georgiou

Shira Georgiou, CPA, currently serves as Corporate Controller and Vice President of Finance at HungerRush since October 2025. Prior to this role, Shira held various accounting positions at Imprivata from July 2016 to October 2025, including Technical Accounting Director, Corporate Controller, and Assistant Controller. At Brightcove, from January 2011 to June 2016, Shira worked as Assistant Controller, responsible for managing the corporate accounting function alongside a team. Previous experience includes a role as Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist at Edgewater Technology from July 2008 to January 2011, where financial reporting and revenue recognition were key responsibilities.
