Zachary Nelson

Zachary Nelson has a diverse work experience. Zachary started as a Peer Advisor at Colorado State University in 2013, where they provided guidance to students and conducted presentations. In 2015, they joined Windigo Adventures as a Tour Leader, leading outdoor hikes and wildlife observation trips for international high school students. During this time, they also worked as a Marketing Intern at Mountainsmith, overseeing social media accounts and assisting with event activations. In 2015, they joined Upslope Brewing Company as an Events Lead, planning and executing major annual events and working as a Brewers Engineer, performing equipment maintenance and developing a new canning line. In 2018, they joined Escape Campervans USA as a Field Marketing Coordinator, establishing sales structures and driving revenue through strategic partnerships. Zachary also served as a Merchandise Manager, overseeing merchandising operations and creating custom designs. In 2020, they joined 9Fold as a Team Product Liaison and Project Coordinator, testing software and assisting in troubleshooting customer issues. Zachary then became a Product Manager, overseeing the sunsetting of 9Fold systems and implementing 3rd party software. Currently, they work at HungerRush as a Product Manager, researching and developing new software products, leading a team of developers, and identifying opportunities for enhancement and acquisition of new restaurant chains.

Zachary Nelson completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Anthropology from Colorado State University, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. In 2012, they briefly attended the University of Canterbury, but no degree or field of study is mentioned.

In terms of additional certifications, Zachary obtained a Technical Product Management Program certification from Product HQ in December 2022. Zachary also acquired a certification in Supply Chain Principles from the Georgia Institute of Technology through Coursera in December 2019. Furthermore, Zachary received certification as a Wilderness First Responder from the NOLS Wilderness Medicine Institute (WMI) in March 2015.
