Carlos Urdaneta has held a variety of roles in various companies since 1994. Carlos then moved to Coca-Cola FEMSA in 1999, where they were the Gerente Regional De Operaciones. In this role, they managed 350 daily employees and 40 employees, with a monthly sales average of $7.8MM. In 2005, they moved to International Paper as Gerente de Manufatura, where they were responsible for production, maintenance, quality control, human resources, warehouse and dispatch. In 2008, they became Gerente de Operaciones at DECOGLASS C.A., where they were responsible for commercial, administrative, manufacturing, logistics, HR, SSL, and technical services. Carlos also became a freelance representative for Elopak in Venezuela in 2008. In 2010, they became Gerente General at CORPLAST C.A., where they developed the production unit, commercial unit, financial and operational controls, and improved production capacity. In 2013, they became Presidente at HiperionPlast C.A. In 2016, they became Presidente at Inversiones Hiperion C.A., where they were responsible for operations in Venezuela. In 2020, they became Senior Production Supervisor at HungryHarvest LLC., where they were responsible for the entire production process, including production planning, human resource planning, special order planning, evaluation of raw material consumption for production, closing reports, follow-up reports, and continuous improvement plans. Finally, in 2022, they became Production & Facilities Manager at Hungry Harvest.

Carlos Urdaneta completed a Diplomado in Programación Neurolinguiostica at Universidad de Carabobo in 2007. From 2000 to 2001, they earned a Master en finanzas in Administracion de Empresas Mencion Finanzas from Universidad del Zulia. Carlos also completed an Ingeniero Industrial degree from Universidad del Zulia between 1986 and 1994.
