Tonya Michael

Tonya Michael is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience in the restaurant and education sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Hungry Howie's Pizza since April 2020, Tonya previously held various leadership roles at McDonald's from September 1997 to April 2020, including Franchise Business Partner and Corporate Operations Manager, overseeing multiple locations and enhancing operational effectiveness. Earlier career experience includes serving as an International Education Advisor and Assistant Language Teacher at the Japan Exchange and Teaching Programme (JET) and working as a Cost Analyst at PepsiCo. Tonya holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Michigan State University and a certificate in Asian Studies from the Japan Center for Michigan Universities.
