Wanda White, CEPC, has a diverse work experience in the culinary industry. Wanda has recently worked as the Lead Culinary Specialist at Hungry Planet®, where they have been involved in the mission to provide delicious and nourishing plant-based meats. Prior to that, Wanda served as the Executive Chef at The Humane Society of the United States from June 2015 to March 2020. Wanda also worked as the Executive Operations Chef at the University of North Texas from April 2011 to November 2014.
Wanda White, CEPC, has a strong education background in culinary arts and pastry. In 1989, they attended The Art Institute and completed an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training, which took their three years to finish. Following this, in 1992, Wanda enrolled in The Culinary Institute of America for the Advanced Pastry program, although it is not specified whether they obtained a degree from this institution.
Furthermore, Wanda White has achieved the Certified Executive Pastry Chef (CEPC) certification from the American Culinary Federation in February 2020. This additional certification highlights their expertise and dedication in the field of pastry.
