Darius Wilson

Darius Wilson has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. In 2013, they worked as a Financial Assistant Intern at Renew Richmond. In 2014, they worked as a Document Indexer/Inspector at Information Management Consulting, Inc., and also began their tenure at Shiver Management Group as a Management Assistant. At Shiver Management Group, they eventually became an Assistant Finance Director and assisted with various finance-related tasks and projects until January 2019. In the same year, Darius started their own freelance marketing and creative services business, where they worked as a Content Designer. Darius joined HUNGRY in 2019 as a Gov. Contracts Training Lead, where they trained and hired delivery candidates for government-funded contracts. Darius also managed logistics, inventory, and worked as a part-time catering contractor for high-end clientele. In 2022, Darius transitioned to the role of Director of Training and Development at HUNGRY, where they assessed training needs, led onboarding and integration efforts, and hired and trained employees and contractors for new market operations. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Operations at HUNGRY.

Darius Wilson attended Virginia State University from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained several certifications. In 2015, they earned the Regional Housing Manager certification from the National Center for Housing Management. Darius also completed various certifications through the National Center for Housing Management, including Certified Financial Specialist, Certified Manager of Housing, Certified Manager of Maintenance, and Certified Occupancy Specialist. Furthermore, in May 2022, they completed the course "How to Slow Down and Be More Productive" offered by LinkedIn.
