Elizabeth Monteleone

Elizabeth Monteleone currently serves as the Chief Legal Officer at Hungryroot, a role initiated in September 2025, where leadership involves leveraging AI to enhance a consumer-centric food and wellness company. In addition, Elizabeth is a member of The L Suite (TechGC) since June 2024. Previously, Elizabeth held the position of Chief Legal Officer & Secretary at Bumble Inc. from August 2019 to April 2025, leading the global legal team. Earlier experience includes roles as Assistant General Counsel and Director of Legal Affairs at Winstead PC from July 2016 to August 2018, where focus areas included startups, private securities offerings, and mergers and acquisitions. Elizabeth's legal career began at Proskauer Rose LLP as an Associate from November 2014 to July 2016, representing clients in private equity and M&A transactions. Elizabeth holds a Juris Doctor degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree with dual majors from the University of Virginia.
