Matt Dillis P.e.

Matt Dillis, P.E. is a Registered Professional Engineer with experience in technical consulting and project management services in the multifamily sector. Matt has expertise in real estate due diligence, project management, capital planning, development of policies and procedures, and in-house training programs. Matt has worked with lenders, owners, and investors. Additionally, they have held positions as Vice President of Construction & Engineering at Alden Torch Financial LLC and Hunt Companies. Matt has also worked as a Senior Engineer at Boston Capital and as a Chief Engineer at Deutsche Bank Berkshire Mortgage. Currently, they serve as the Senior Director of Development Risk Management at Hunt Capital Partners, specializing in the syndication of Federal and State Low-Income Housing, Historic, and Solar Tax Credits.

Matt Dillis, P.E. obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering from Merrimack College, where they attended from 1982 to 1987. Matt also holds a certification as a Registered Professional Engineer, which was obtained from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in June 1996.
