Rafic Elfakir

Rafic ElFakir has extensive work experience in the energy industry. Rafic currently holds the position of Director of Transmission Engineering & Construction at Hunt Energy since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Oncor Electric Delivery, starting in 2007. At Oncor, they held various roles including Senior Engineering Manager - System Protection T&D, Compliance Support Program Manager, Senior Program Manager - Program Management Office (PMO), Asset Management and Maintenance Program Manager, Senior Capital Projects Manager - Project Management and Construction - T&D, and Substation Design Project Engineer. Throughout their career, Rafic has demonstrated strong leadership skills and technical expertise, delivering successful projects, driving compliance and operational excellence, and achieving significant cost savings.

Rafic ElFakir earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management from The University of Texas at Arlington - College of Business Administration from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from McGill University, which they attended from 1999 to 2004. Rafic also pursued Project Management Professional studies at the Institute of Project Management.
