Allie Hewlett

Allie Hewlett, SHRM-CP has been working in the HR field for several years, with experience in benefits management and programming. Currently serving as the Director of HR + Benefits at Hunt, Gather since September 2023, Allie previously held roles such as Compensation & Benefits Manager at Restore Hyper Wellness and Associate Director, People & Culture at T3. Allie has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Gettysburg College. In their roles, Allie has been responsible for developing, managing, and improving various employee benefits programs such as medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, and more. Allie was promoted to manage benefits strategies, programs, and people operations following a merger with another company.
