Dana Koelmel

Dana Koelmel has a solid background in project management and asset management. From February 2013 to present, they have been working at Hunt Military Communities, starting as an Asset Manager before moving up to the role of Director of Project Management and currently serving as the Vice President of Project Management.

Prior to this, Dana worked at Jones Lang LaSalle from July 2006 to January 2013. During their time there, they held positions as an Associate and Analyst. In these roles, they provided advisory services, performed feasibility and sensitivity analyses for redevelopment plans, and led negotiations for debt proceeds.

Dana Koelmel earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a specialization in Finance from the University of Richmond, completing this degree program from 2002 to 2006. Recently, in 2022, Dana obtained a certificate in Project Management from Georgetown University.
