Natasha Kapua has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. natasha currently works as a Community Manager at Hunt Military Communities since June 2021. Previously, they held the role of Senior Property Manager/Village Manager at Lincoln Military Housing from March 2012 to the present. In addition to their property management experience, Natasha also worked as an Assistant Property/Service Manager at Lincoln Military Housing from May 2012 to March 2013. Prior to their work in the housing industry, they gained experience at The Michaels Organization as an Assistant Property Manager and Resident Relations Specialist from March 2010 to May 2012. Earlier in their career, Natasha worked as a Customer Service & Call Center Agent/Medical Product Advisor at medi Bayreuth, where they provided exceptional customer service, data entry, and medical product advisory. natasha is bilingual in German and English. Their first work experience was as a Para Legal at Attorneys Rademacher & Kollegen in Bayreuth, Germany from 1996 to 1998.

Natasha Kapua obtained an Associate's degree in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from Staatliche Berufsschule II Bayreuth, which they attended from 1995 to 1998. In 2004 to 2005, they pursued Basic Courses at the University of Maryland and earned an Associate of Science (AS) degree. From 2006 to 2007, Natasha attended Barstow Community College to specialize in Early Childhood Education and Teaching, earning another Associate of Science (AS) degree.
