Asad Shabbir

Asad Shabbir has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Asad currently holds the position of Instrumentation and Control Engineer at Hunt Oil Company, starting in February 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Avanceon from 2017 to 2021, initially as a Staff Application Engineer and later as a Lead Application Engineer. At Avanceon, their role involved working on application engineering and providing technical leadership.

Before joining Avanceon, Asad worked at Esoteric Automation as a Design & Application Engineer from 2014 to 2017. In this role, they were responsible for designing, testing, and installing control systems for Oil and Gas industries. Asad also handled engineering, programming, and graphics design of plants.

From 2012 to 2014, Asad worked as an Electrical Engineer at SEARLE IV Solution (Pvt.) Ltd. Here, they took care of Electric panels, Bottle pack plant systems, Autoclave, Air Compressors, Boilers, and Chillers plant. During their tenure, they completed automation projects for various machines and systems.

Asad's professional journey began with an internship at Atlas Honda Limited in 2010, where they gained practical experience in the industry.

Overall, Asad Shabbir has a strong background in instrumentation and control engineering, application engineering, and automation, with experience in the Oil and Gas, manufacturing, and automotive sectors.

Asad Shabbir completed their Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Air University between 2008 and 2012. In addition, they obtained certifications in Instrumentation And Process Control and Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) from Pakistan Industrial Technical Assistance Center (PITAC) in November 2012 and September 2012 respectively.
