Austin Emery

Austin Emery has a diverse work experience in the energy industry. Austin is currently working as a Sr. Marketing Representative at Hunt Energy, where they actively assist in executing oil and gas commercial marketing strategies and transactions. Austin is responsible for conducting in-depth economic and fundamental analysis of oil and gas markets and managing models used in the evaluation of sales strategies and marketing performance.

Prior to their current role, Austin worked at Chief Oil & Gas LLC as a Sr. Gas Marketing Representative. During their time there, they built and maintained external relationships to support business development and commercial growth. Austin also negotiated short and long-term sales deals, monitored industry marketing trends, and developed financial models to evaluate deals.

Before Chief Oil & Gas LLC, Austin was a Marketing Associate at Chief Oil & Gas LLC, where they collaborated with internal and midstream representatives to ensure efficient scheduling on various pipelines. Austin conducted analysis of natural gas supply and demand fundamentals and assisted with accounting in resolving scheduling and invoice discrepancies.

Austin has also gained experience through internships. Austin worked as a Real Estate Evaluation Intern at NuStar Energy L.P. in 2016, and as a Landman Intern at Oxy and Anadarko Petroleum Corporation in 2015 and 2014, respectively.

Austin Emery attended the University of Oklahoma from 2012 to 2016, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from the Price College of Business. During their time at the university, Austin focused their studies on Energy Management and Finance. Ultimately, they graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Energy Management and Finance.
