Duncan Barber CPP has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Duncan began their career in the British Army, serving as a Captain in The Light Dragoons from 1998 to 2006. Following their military service, Duncan joined Control Risks as a General Manager and Consultant in the Kurdistan region of Iraq from 2006 to 2008. Duncan then worked at EH Company as a Project and Security Manager in the UK from 2008 to 2009. Duncan subsequently joined Hunt Energy, where they held various roles including Country Security Director for Yemen from 2009 to 2013, International Security Advisor for EMEA from 2012 to 2020, and currently serves as the Vice President of the Global Security Group since April 2020. In their most recent position, Duncan is responsible for overseeing global security operations and providing strategic guidance to the company.

Duncan Barber CPP's education history begins in 1989 when they attended Elizabeth College in Guernsey. Duncan completed their A Level and GCSE studies at this institution until 1996.
