Dustin Pike

Dustin Pike has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as the Director of IT Infrastructure and Operations at Hunt Energy, where they began in June 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Populus Financial Group from January 2021 to June 2023, where they were promoted to oversee and direct the development and growth of IT server and network engineering operations. Dustin worked closely with the Executive Leadership team to identify and anticipate technology needs and devise strategies to maintain IT operations best practices.

Before that, Dustin worked at ACE Cash Express from July 2017 to January 2021 as an IT Network Manager. Dustin was recruited to turn around underperforming teams and successfully rebuilt team dynamics, improving processes and developing a secure and stable network. Dustin served as a liaison between different stakeholders to assess project specifications and managed production schedules.

Prior to ACE Cash Express, Dustin held the role of IT Infrastructure Architect at Fiesta Restaurant Group, Inc. from November 2015 to July 2017, where they focused on data center and multi-unit design and implementation.

Before that, they worked at On The Border as an IT Infrastructure Analyst from December 2013 to November 2015, and at Office Depot as an Assistant Store Manager from August 2007 to December 2013.

Throughout their work experience, Dustin has demonstrated their expertise in IT infrastructure and operations, network design and security, and project management.

Dustin Pike pursued their education in a chronological manner. Dustin attended North Central Texas College from 2021 to 2022, although the degree and field of study are not specified for this period.

Continuing their educational journey, Dustin Pike enrolled in Bellevue University from 2022 to 2025, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Technology.
