Jeff Smith

Jeff Smith has extensive work experience in the oil and gas industry. Jeff began their career at Baker Hughes in 2006 as an MWD Specialist intern, where they gained knowledge in directional drilling. Jeff then joined Hess Corporation in 2007 as a Summer Production Operations Engineer, learning basic well workover skills and concepts. In 2008, Jeff worked as a Summer Reservoir Engineer, evaluating uphole recompletion potential of an asset using petroleum analysis software. From 2009 to 2012, they served as a Production Operations Engineer at Hess Corporation, responsible for various fields and gaining practical production operations knowledge. Since 2013, Jeff has been working at Hunt Oil Company, starting as a Production Engineer and progressing to roles such as Senior Production Engineer, Senior Staff Production Engineer, and currently as a Production Manager. Their work at Hunt Oil Company has involved overseeing production operations and managing engineering teams.

Jeff Smith completed an Associate of Science degree in Engineering from Dawson Community College from 2003 to 2005. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering from Montana Technological University from 2005 to 2008.
